Below are just a few of the highlights of the All-Inclusive Resort:

*4 swimming pools

* Night Club-same ‘formal’ dress code. Open 11-3 am
*Theater: Enjoy a different and unique show every night. Dancing and live music. Show starts at 10pm.  *SPORTS: 18 hole golf course, 18 hole miniature golf, Water Polo, 3 tennis courts, pool table and more.

* Specialty Restaurants- Many specialties- 7 require prior booking and dress code is formal. Buffet is open 6:30A-10:30P with short closings between meals.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Plan includes registration and the hotel.  Because the hotel holds the alumni council to be SOLELY responsible for payments, we are providing a payment plan.  There are several options you may choose from to make your payments. All payments must be made through NDPAC (see payment plan for options). Payments must be made ON TIME…This is by the date RECEIVED, not post-marked. We have ‘snail mail’. A letter recently post-marked on Monday from WPB, ARRIVED on Saturday.. So, “I dropped it in the mail” is not sufficientJ.
Please explore the beautiful resort by going online to their website.

Please go ahead and set up your Bill Pay now (to arrive BEFORE the date due), or if paying through your employer’s direct payment into NDPAC’s account, please set it up NOW, because most employers have a lag time to begin payment and also depending on your payroll date (make it early rather than AFTER the due date- First due date is Dec 15th).  Let me know and I will provide you with the routing # and account #, or whatever you need. CALL ME IF PAYING via YOUR EMPLOYER.

So as not to clutter the plan for 95% of us, please indicate (CALL ME) if you are requesting other than the above such as a single ($197/per person/night x 4=$788 for a Jr. Suite), or if you are requesting a 3rd or 4th ‘extra’ person ($92/per person/night x 4= $368 EACH for a Jr. Suite and I will communicate with you directly. Same applies if you wish an upgraded suite--- communicate with me DIRECTLY because it is TOO much to put all of this information on one form for 5% of those that need this info.

Make all checks payable to: NDPAC and mail to: Gwendolyn Washington- 2612 Granada Circle West, St. Petersburg, FL 33712 (727-742-3543)

Same address, etc. applies if you are setting up Bill Pay. If you wish to set up an automatic deduction from your employer, call me because they will need the name of bank, routing # and account # AND a blank cancelled copy of NDPAC Bank of America check. If paying by direct deposit into NDPAC acct, call me. But if you chose this method, I will need you to make ALL payments by this method. So you see why I have been advising that this was coming so you had time to think about it. It DOES take your employer at least the 2nd pay period to set this up. While I have heard the saying that there is no stupid question, I have a little bit of a spin on that. There is no stupid question if you have READ all the info that I have sent. If you still have a ?, read it AGAIN. THEN, call me. AS I HAVE MENTIONED SEVERAL TIMES, THIS IS A GORGEOUS RESORT AND YOU WILL ENJOY IT IMMENSELY, I PROMISE. Note: airfare and transfers not included (I will arrange transfers and it will be extra).

For your convenience, you may fill out this online reservation form or call Gwen Washington at the number below:

National Diamondback Pharmacy Alumni Council (NDPAC) is being held SOLELY responsible for all room payments, therefore all payments must be made to NDPAC via either check, PayPal (3.3% fee added to payment amount),  monthly bank Bill Pay, automatic deductions from your employer, or we can even arrange for a direct payment into NDPAC’s account.  This is going to be a very exciting, beautiful convention where you can relax and have fun when we are not in session. The All-Inclusive rate includes all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Free use of non-motorized equipment, a few days of free golfing, all shows and much, much more.

Selecting a roommate:

Please be SURE that your roommate is dependable.  You know, a lot of folks strike out there with, “Oh yes, I want to go.”  Then after making one payment, they come up with some mickey mouse reason why they can’t go.  Guess what, YOU will either need to find another roommate or you will have to pay the SINGLE rate, hmmmm. Sometimes, your BFF is simply just a bunch of mouth, right? lol

Jr. Suite- Non Ocean view: $131 PER NIGHT, PER PERSON- 4 night MINIMUM

Double Occupancy Required (2 in a room). The rate for the extra 3rd and 4th person is $92/per person/ per night.  If this is of interest to you, let me know.

Jr. Suite- Ocean Front Premium Level: $187 PER NIGHT, PER PERSON- 4 night MINIMUM

Double Occupancy Required (2 in a room). The rate for the extra 3rd and 4th person is $131 per person/per night. You also have access to the Premium Lounge.  If this is of interest to you, let me know.

Full Suite- Ocean Front Premium Level: $214 PER NIGHT, PER PERSON- 4 night MINIMUM

Double Occupancy Required (2 in a room). The rate for the extra 3rd and 4th person is $150 per person/per night.  If this is of interest to you, let me know. You also have access to the Premium Lounge.

Single Rates Available.Standard Jr Suite rate is $197 PER NIGHT, Jr Suite Ocean Front is $281per night

The ‘general’ payments plan will not include special rates like 3rd and 4th or Singles.  But we can customize to your need. It does NOT include airfare which is similar to the rate we paid to fly to Panama.

Payments MUST be made ON TIME, NO EXCEPTION.  The cancellation policy is also steep, so I suggest that you look into buying travel insurance.  Those that travel with me NO that I HIGHLY, HIGHLY suggest this.  You can buy insurance through Gwen’s Elite Travel, or you can select for yourself by Googling, ‘Travel Insurance’ and chose a plan that’s right for you.  Please feel free to buy your own insurance.  I suggest that you buy the kind that has AT LEAST a $50,000 medical rider and an air evacuation plan that will allow you to be flown back to the states if you should get hurt or become very ill.  Remember:  While not quite 3rd world per se (not far from it though J), their health coverage is very lacking compared to the USA (regardless of what Trump says).  So do your homework and not be crying to me if something unforeseen should happen.  I WILL be on my scheduled flight back home, on time, lol.  Oh, that sounds cold-bloodied doesn’t it ?  Well I am trying to make a point that IS important.

You can reserve your place at the Convention using two methods of your choice:

1)PAPER Registration (Download Registration) or 2) ONLINE Registration (SIGN ME UP Tab)
